Our mission is to educate you the consumer as to the many beneficial aspects of making your own wine, beer, mead, vinegar, and liqueurs. Jim Whitely the former owner has taught winemaking classes for educational institutions and is the mentor to Laura Arbacas and Rachel Acevedo, the new owners of Arbor. Not only is it a hobby that can be shared with others, it is inexpensive, fun to do and the health benefits are also highly rewarding.
