Jim has taught winemaking classes for educational institutions and at the store for over 15 years. He has won numerous awards in winemaking competitions around the country. Not only is it a hobby that can be shared with others, it is inexpensive, fun to do and the health benefits are also highly rewarding. This is the best stuff since milk!
