Before you begin your wine and beer making adventure, we feel that you should read a good text on the subject. We highly recommend the "Encyclopedia of Home Winemaking" and the "Brewing Quality Beers" We are dedicated to helping our customers produce quality wine and beer at home and should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

24 - 48 Hour Service:
Your satisfaction is important to us. Under normal circumstances, your order will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of its receipt when using a credit card or money order for payment. However, due to severe weather conditions, out - of - stock items, an abnormal backlog of orders, or any conditions beyond our control, we will ship your order just as quickly as possible.

Terms of Payment:
We accept VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS/DISCOVER, please include card number and expiration date. Using a credit card (or money order) will assure the fastest (same day) service. We also accept personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks. Please DO NOT send cash. Orders paid by personal check will be shipped when the check clears the bank, usually 5 to 7 working days. All orders should be accompanied by payment in full, including shipping charges and tax where applicable.

Returns:
All returns must have prior authorization. Please contact us before returning any merchandise. We will be happy to help you. Books are non-refundable.
